Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via info@sorata.nl. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address (shipping costs are your responsibility):

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label for shipping, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, so we can assess and resolve the issue. To properly assess the issue, it is mandatory to provide photos. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
Once the refund is approved, you will be automatically reimbursed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
